Just steps from your vacation rental lies our pristine white sandy beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Whether it's fishing, surfing, or simply beach-combing you are after, it's all at your fingertips here at Summerhouse.
As if being on beautiful Crescent Beach was not enough, Summerhouse is conveniently located near all of the popular attractions that St. Augustine, the Oldest City, has to offer. Historic St. Augustine and the Castillo do San Marcos are a mere 15 minutes to the north of Summerhouse, and Daytona Beach is an hour to the south. Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions are about two hours away.

Pickleball Courts
Challenge your partner or friends to an exciting game of tennis or pickleball. Summerhouse has four tennis courts and eight pickleball courts.
Private Beach Access
Enjoy exclusive access to Crescent Beach with four dedicated and secured walkovers with gated access to Summerhouse.
Covered Playgrounds
Summerhouse is excited to offer two children play areas with eight covered pavilions, picnic tables and charcoal BBQ’s.
4 Heated & Cooled Pools
Summerhouse has four climate-controlled pools onsite. One in each phase common area and available to everyone. Our pools are capable of both heating and cooling, based on the season, availability, capacity on property, and relevant air temperature. Operation is determined by management.
Fitness Center
Our fitness room is available during normal business hours.
Clubhouse
Our clubhouse is available to owners or for rent to guests and renters.
